Making the right choices with your donation dollars?
When you donate to the Learning Disabilities Association of York Region (LDAYR), your gift ensures that we will be ready and able to better serve the community where you work, live and play. Your donation allows us to provide services to individuals with learning disabilities and/ or ADHD in York Region who require information, support, strategies, and tools to make the right choices and achieve success.
YOUR donation makes a difference!
LDAYR is dedicated to building equal opportunity for individuals with learning disabilities. This allows individuals with learning disabilities to realize their full potential. LDAYR accomplishes this goal through public awareness, advocacy, research, health, education and collaborative partnerships. LDAYR continues to play a pivotal role in the influence of policy with the goal to improving increased access to alternate formats of learning, education, employment and assistive technologies.
LDAYR is committed to providing everyone equal opportunities to make informed decisions.
LDAYR is funded through our members, donations from individuals, foundations, corporations, and through the United Way. LDAYR makes the best use of every dollar donated, keeping administration costs low in order to fund programs and services to benefit people with LDs and/ or ADHD in the community.
